WEBINAR: The Evolution of Digital Platforms in the Chemical Industry

About this event

The Evolution of Digital Platforms in the Chemical Industry: CRM/ERP Automation and the Customer Experience

As chemical companies face increasingly complex supply chains, rising customer expectations, and the ongoing demand for operational excellence, the role of digital platforms is rapidly evolving. Solutions like CRM, ERP, PIM, and automation tools are no longer just supporting functions—they have become strategic growth drivers at the core of modern chemical business operations.

To explore this pivotal shift, we are bringing together industry thought leaders, digital pioneers, and technology experts for a focused discussion on how these platforms are transforming the way chemical companies operate, innovate, and engage with customers.

Join us as we examine:
· The strategic evolution of CRM and ERP systems in chemicals
· The role of automation in bridging operational gaps and boosting efficiency
· How Product Information Management (PIM) is a critical component of digital automation
· Key success factors for scaling digital platforms in a highly regulated industry
· Lessons learned from real-world implementations and what is next on the horizon

This session will offer valuable insights for C-level executives, digital leaders, operations professionals, and anyone invested in the future of chemical industry infrastructure.

A 30-minute virtual networking session will take place immediately after the panel presentation, providing an opportunity to connect with other attendees and the speakers.
