Given the major changes occurring in the global geopolitical situation, global economy and the chemical industry, Société de Chimie Industrielle has gathered an exceptional panel of experts who will share their views on what is happening in the industry from a business and M&A perspective, the outlook for the future, and the implications for management and investors.

The event will be conducted as a fireside chat followed by a round table discussion, moderated by Peter Young, which will include comments and questions from the audience.

Joseph Chang is Global Editor of ICIS Chemical Business, a weekly publication focusing on making sense of chemical prices worldwide. This includes price trends, and the factors impacting these trends in both the short term, and the long term. He has been with ICIS and one of its predecessor publications for over 20 years, specializing in coverage of financial topics such as macroeconomics, capital spending patterns, equity and debt markets, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Federico Mennella, Managing Director, DC Advisory prior to joining DC, where he leads the Chemicals and Materials Science practice, Federico was Global Head of Rothschild & Co's Chemicals and Materials Science business, having previously run a similar practice at Lincoln International in New York. 

Scott Wolff, Managing Director, American Securities. Scott Wolff joined American Securities in 2002. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Hexion, Meridian, and Vibrantz Technologies. Previously, Scott was Chairman of the Board of Chromaflo Technologies, Emerald Performance Materials, Henry Company, Prince, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, and SeaStar Solutions, as well as a Director of Advanced Drainage Systems, Arizona Chemical, General Chemical, GTTechnologies, HHI, Lakeside Energy, MECS, and Westward. 

Peter Young is CEO and a Managing Director of Young & Partners, an international investment banking and advisory firm focused on the chemical and life sciences industries. Young & Partners serves the M&A, capital raising, bankruptcy and restructuring, strategy and financial advisory needs of large and medium sized companies in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia.
